Strength training and nutrition coaching built around how you actually train, recover, and live — not a program pulled off the rack. Every plan runs on measurable output, not motivational posters.
Body Engine is personal training and nutrition coaching you'll actually stick with. It's for everyday people who want results they can measure — strength gained, weight moved, energy back.
Body Engine's mission is to improve lives through fitness and proper nutrition.
Body Engine serves everyone who's ready to improve their health. Daniel coaches:
Our programs are built to meet people exactly where they are and take them where they want to be with personalized fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance for every stage of life.
Nutrition coaching built around real food and a real schedule — macros, meal timing, and habits that hold up outside a gym or a spreadsheet.
Programming for strength, conditioning, and mobility, calibrated to your current output — not a cookie-cutter split copied from someone else's plan.
Sleep, stress, and training load tracked alongside your program, because an engine that never idles eventually seizes.
Every service starts with an assessment of where you are now — training history, schedule, equipment access, relationship with food — before anything gets written down.
Translating client goals into structured, trackable plans.
Daniel founded Body Engine to bring the same discipline he used to rebuild his own strength and health to every client who walks through the door. His approach blends structured training with nutrition coaching that fits into a real life — not a 12-week fantasy plan that falls apart the first busy week.
He works with clients who want a program built around their actual life — job, family, travel, injury history — and a coach who adjusts the plan instead of asking them to force-fit their life around it.
Daniel has multiple years experience training clients and himself as well as participating in several half marathons and triathlons. Previously, Daniel was COO of a $600 million wealth and investment management team in Atlanta, GA, where he worked for 17 years with the same firm and team, managing clients' financial assets and building the financial practice from $65 million to $600 million. Daniel has a strong passion for both fitness and clients' financial well-being — because let's face it, you can't do much without money and good health.
